I have been taking Ganeden's product for arthritis for two weeks now and I have found it to be helpful. I only have what would be termed mild artritis but nonetheless in the damp winters we have here ( near Liverpool UK ) I have for the last two years suffered painful lower back/hips. I have now found a considerable difference and a lot less pain and discomfort. However at the same time I started taking these I changed my diet somewhat. I have cut out dairy products and wheat products and most lunchtimes I eat either mackerel or salmon. Is it all of these changes or a combination ?
