Posted by Paul When I asked my specialist if I could drink a beer every now and again, he said. "you don't want to make you life any more miserable than it already is? Meaning that an occasional alcoholic drink is OK in his opinion. I only drink one can of light beer once to twice a month. I think everything in moderation in a healthy lifestyle is the answer.

I reckon drinking enough to enjoy the night out. Drinking too much and getting drunk is probably bad for anyone's liver, let alone someone with Hemochromatosis.
