Hi Marj,
Something to watch out for is tylenol use combined with alcohol. Tylenol (any acetominiphen product) is metabolized through your liver, alcohol is also metabolized through your liver. Most medical sites recommend you avoid combining the two, especially important if your liver is already strained.
I understand Tylenol either is or will soon include a warning on their packaging cautioning against use when alcohol has been consumed.
