Posted by Paul My ferrtin has not stuck at all. The first three were at the same level, then its been down by large increments each time. I was expecting up and downs, but for it to average out at about 30-50 over the long run. The nurses are very happy with my progress, so am I.

Hi Darren,
Haven't asked about my haemocrit levels. All my blood work has been normal up until now. Fortunately I have tolerated the phelobotomies very well. Good veins apparently. I still feel very tired at times, mainly at night, but I've exercised all through this. The last three weeks I've started running again (20k/week). I no longer have joint pain in my knees.
