if you are in hardshoe but mega hold hairspray or lots of tape to not fall. In soft shoe u can put rubber or something to not fall. Tape your ankle if you have to and just say to yourself I won't fall or I won't get hurt! I am in Novice and Opens and I have not got hurt yet execpt for a couple bruises and scratches!
