Hi. My six year old just started taking Irish Dancing lessons last September. I never knew there was so much to learn (for the parent, that is). If anyone knows of a website or book where I can learn what I need to know as a dancer's mom, that would be great. For instance, I have no idea about when my child can wear the school dress, a solo dress, etc. I'm a little sketchey on Feis details (she's due to enter one in two months). I have tried asking her teachers, but can't really get a straight answer. I don't want to keep asking them the same questions over & over again, lest they think I'm stupid.
