Try rolling your foot in a turned out positon. Also when you strech out, make sure that at all times your foot is turned out. Also if your just walking around the house, turn your feet out while walking. Make sure when you feet are turned out, your knees are turned out too. Also my dance teacher said to stand in a turn-out position for 8 min. Every day. It works! I hope this helps.
