I am a Novice/prizewinner dancer, I'm 16...I've always been so awed by how so many dancers can dance so high up on their toes in softshoes...I feel like my toes will snap!! And when I try really really hard to point my toes during every hop back, change, etc, my legs start getting into spasms. Any tips on how to strengthen your toes? How do you all do it...are there any pads out there? I once heard of "ouch pouch" from Ceili Co, but I think they were for harshoes.
