decided to move into a smaller house (they're both older) there was a house only a few doors down that was perfect for them. So Ed and I moved into the house where I grew up.
For Ed, it's a novelty because when he was growing up, if something went wrong with the house he was living in, his parents just up and moved the family. The idea that my mom's family has owned this house for generations is appealing to him.
