    : Tina and I rolled into town earlier than
    : expected. We did not RSVP for some of the
    : Friday morning scheduled events, like the
    : trip to the Mattel Toy store ( we missed out
    : on loads of fun and loads of bargains! ) or
    : the scheduled lunch at one of Chicago's best
    : SuperDawg's diner.
    : Tina and I got to Gigi's doll shoppe earlier
    : than anyone else, we went right there as
    : soon as we got off of the freeway.
    : Gigi's is our favorite place to shop. Tina
    : loaded up on vintage and new reference
    : books, I got a doll stand.
    : We also went to the Friday night dinner on
    : your own gathering at a great restaurant and
    : we were serenaded by a great male vocalist
    : as we ate and chatted.
    : Saturday was fun filled. I opted out of the
    : gatherings at club members homes to enjoy
    : their collections, I found my own fun.
    : The dinner will be covered in a separate
    : posting... too much to tell.
