The regular line Poodle Parade Barbie watch by Fossil. It's got a touch of blue.     I posted this because, as of last week, I finally managed to complete my collection of older Barbie/Fossil watches. My "Big Three" that I was missing were the black piano/Solo In The Spotlight, the Madison Avenue FAO exclusive, and the olive green/24K gold plated version of Poodle Parade. The Solo and Poodle watches were editions of 1,000. Not sure about Madison Avenue, but I had read somewhere that it was an edition of 500. I found the black Solo and Madison Avenue over the years, but never the olive green poodle - at least not complete with box, paperwork, never worn, dog still in case, etc. Or if I found one (they are on eBay) the price was too high. Several weeks ago, I found a mis-marked auction and scooped up the olive green Poodle Parade for a very nice price. It arrived today. Pics to come soon. :-) |
