    to bend. I use 24 - 26, thick but not at the point of hard.

    If you buy from like a Fire Mountain Gems, the already form head/eye pins, them I think .07 - .05 is good, and that's from looking at my package from a local beading shop.

    If I pierce the doll ear myself, this is great. If I have to take the earrings out, no matter the thickness of the wire the holes will always be too big.
