partial names as they are linked to bank accounts, credit cards etc. I'm really sorry to hear what you have been through. Block him so he can't bid on any more of your stuff and once you find out his real name it is an offense to use another ebay ID to bid on your goods - if he does he will get booted for good off ebay.

I've just had bad situation as a buyer - this guy was a total moron - anyway I left him the negative which was my first ever and I am still getting messages from sellers who are cheering me on for outing him as when he is a buyer he does the above thing all the time to innocent sellers.

What one lady told me he did to her was that she sold him a pair of vintage court shoes and he wanted a part refund because he claimed that part of the shoe was damaged. This lady knew that they shoes were perfect when she sent them and she had packed them well so knew they had not been damaged during transit.

So when she refused the part refund (they were one of the rarer and Htf court shoes - and she insisted on a refund instead of a part refund. He sent them back with bite marks one of the shoes and still left her a negative.

Until I came along as a buyer - to leave bad feedback (he still is but at least my neg was allowed to stand) - he has been able to get away with this kind of stuff but despite putting in a complaint and at least 10 of his buyers putting in complaints - this clown is still allowed to operate - his feedback still looks reasonable as the people he is ripping off can't let anyone know with the feedback system the way it is so he is free to continue to rip innocent sellers and buyers off.

He charges monster postage that isn't warranted too - he is an all round prize.

Thanks so much for the heads up about your clown. Is there any chance of you putting in a complaint and getting your negative cancelled - I do hope so.

This is so not fair what he did to you..Val

: This guy totally took me for a ride and then
: left negative feedback. I did everything he
: asked because he wouldn't return the doll he
: claimed was not as advertised (said jewelry
: and shoes were not in the parcel). He
    : wanted a partial refund. I offered a full
: refund or replacement items. He chose
: replacement items and left negative
: feedback. He was totally looking for money.
: Now that I think of what I went through
: with him, I'm pretty sure there were no
: missing pieces. He just wanted money. He
: doesn't even have his full name listed when
: I asked for his contact info on ebay. Just
: two initials and a last name. That should
: be against the rules! Anyway, just want
: people to know so you don't have to deal
    : with him.
