Found this girl in an ebay lot a few years ago for about $10.00. The seller didn't know what she was--just said "a Barbie". She came in an old, beat up Francie case with an odd assortment of clothes--some clone, some mommy made and a few Barbie items from different eras. Anyway she is a rare CIPSA Barbie made in Mexico back in the 70's. Well, I don't know how rare but I've never seen another like her and I've looked at tons of CIPSA doll photo's online. Very unusual face paint, body has the Quick Curl type arms. Backside has CIPSA markings. She has been well played with but I love her because she is so unique!
