My friend gets the trade papers online and often sends obits.
saw her at our local Hills discount department store and thought she was pretty. I think I also received some of the clothes made for them too.
She was part of Mattel's "TV Star Women" series with Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd. Mine is probably still around though I have no idea where.
I had no idea the real O'Neil recently passed away, though. Sad that it did not get more press.
In the 1970s, thee was a doll based on stunt woman Kitty O'Neil. I don't have her, but the idea behind her reminds me of the current inspiring women series, as O'Neil was deaf, yet managed to have a very successful career in a very tough (in many ways!) field.
The real O'Neil died recently at the age of 72.
