Thanks, Bobbi. Good to know.
Sorry I have been MIA lately. My husband and I have been doing some traveling. Glad to be back home now.
Anyway, last Sunday I went to a local doll show and found this pink dress and hat for a very reasonable price, dressed on a repro Fashion Queen doll, for only $25. It is a Dressmakers Details dress from a former convention (GAW?). Well, I love pink so I couldn't pass this up. I decided to try the dress on a Silkstone doll. The cups of the bodice didn't mold to the doll's body so this morning I used some invisible thread to attach onto the inside of one cup, then wrapped around the doll's neck, halter style, then attached to the other cup on the inside and tied off. This snugged up the cups to fit the doll better. Beautiful. The only thing is you have to cut the threads if you want to take the dress off the doll, but I think she will wear this outfit for a while.
My husband made the little "love" sign for me on his 3D printer.
Thanks for looking.
