Re: I'm having issues renewing.
I called Customer Service yesterday. They told me the only way to renew at Platinum was through the email. For some reason, I haven't been receiving emails from then since the beginning of this year. CS said all my info. is correct and they have no idea why I'm not receiving emails. The rep. told me to try to renew on the date my membership expires. I don't know when that date is and she wasn't able to locate when I joined. When I try to pull up my order history on the BFC site, everything is blank. This is so frustrating!
