: Yes, I played with Barbies from early on! :D
: Mom gave my sister and I her old dolls and
: outfits including the ponytail with blue
: liner under her eyes, a molded hair Midge
: and a couple flock haired Kens. They were
: well played with already and we played with
: them all the time too. My first new doll
: was a brunette Skipper in the red swim suit
: from grandma for my 4th or 5th birthday.
: After that I got many more new mod era dolls
: and some are pictured here. My mom's
: sister, our aunt gave us her dolls when we
: were a little older--a #1 blonde ponytail
: with box and original pronged stand and a #1
: brunette Ken. Also many minty outfits and
: accessories. Unfortunately we played with
: these and some got damaged. I no longer
: have all those items but still have quite a
: bit including the dolls pictured and my
: sister still has a lot of her Barbie stuff
: as well.
: Some childhood dolls--all hand made clothes
: made by my mom:
: Quick Curl Kelley on a replaced euro
: straight leg body because her arm fell off,
: Busy Hands Ken and Walk Lively Steffie
: Swingin' in Silver gift set PJ, curly haired
: Francie and Malibu Barbie
