I am posting a letter we sent to one of the participants and a dear friend of ours and of SWA. I think this will clear this up before any further fires get started over this rookie reporter's true intentions. I got him very close to getting fired last month over his biased reporting about libel, slander and defamation he went on air and stated as fact about our Band so here's his attempt to clear himself, but he did JUST the opposite. Our attorneys are working with the President of NBC to get this little meatball station with an audience of 8, including the reporters watching themselves(this is something told to me, I don't know, just repeating it) but here's the info and the damn truth:
This is nothing more than further libel, slander and defamation from Todd Faulkner, a rookie “reporter” from WPSD, in direct violation of a cease and decist order and a TRO filed by our attorneys. We have until December 20th to file the proper paperwork and I’m not even the licensed promoter “sponsoring” this event! It’s just Todd thinking he can get himself out of a legal hole but he’s too ignorant to realize he’s doing nothing but digging himself in deeper. They interviewed this Janet Dooly at the lodge (WPSD did last month on our concert and told her our band played “Devil Satanic Music” and as someone who’s commonly referred to as a Holy Roller or Bible Thumper, it freaked her out, BUT she’s NOT got the authority to allow or prevent events to happen. Hell, even if 3 or 4 of the bands at last month’s concert WERE Satanic, that’d violate the Federally Protected Freedom of Religeon!
He only emailed me yesterday (Friday Dec 14th) at 3:35 pm asking for some info. As everyone does, I have to work, so I got home at 6:30 pm – this guy NEVER gives an opportunity for someone to clear themselves, BUT in this email, he stated they were working on the story for “tomorrow” (which is today, Saturday Dec 15th and we could come for an on cam interview and show our paperwork between 1-3 PM) well, here it is 1 pm, and this is already up?
Lodge owner stated so long as we show him paperwork in order by Dec 21st, a day after when we have to get it filed to the State, our event is fine and we can come as often as we want to.

I hope we have nipped this in the bud as our attorneys will be doing to rookie Faulkner this coming week, as well as pulling the plug on the local channel's NBC affiliation which would surely toss them into baknruptcy!
