JR quit remember? No contract signed as required, unlike between you and I which I have in my safe. WE own MSWA together 50/50 so WE own BOTH rings and ALL equipment, pa, speakers, ring trailers etc...50/50. We can solve this by splitting the 2 rings. You keep the one you build in your yard, I know it means alot to you and I'll take the one I contracted from Zeeke Rivers and I am also in posession of that contract...signed and witnessed. That's reasonable. Only other option is buy our half out for exactly what we paid you when we signed our contracts in 1998, in cash as we paid you, which you acknowledged receipt of in the sales and partnership agreement, remember? Your call, one of the two will happen. I already have a building in another state where we have bought a home and are happy. I love running shows in KY, very strict licensing requirements so not every tom dick or chico can run a show and you got to be able to actually wrestle up here to be licensed so not every pope, sanford or jr rich can get licensed! If we must part ways, it'd be a saddening event but you obviousely haven't gotten any more reasonable in the past 3 years while we have been enjoying our breaks away from the sport. I can email anyone interested in seeing these documents to back up our position, just email me. This offer is only good until the sale of our half of Mid-South Wrestling, then it becomes priveledged info so the sooner it sells, the sooner the contracts are turned over to Killer, along with any and all rights and responsibilities of MSWA including website maintenence, contracts, blank contracts of various purposes, intelectual property etc... so anyone interested in owning half of this historic Pro Wrestling Promotion, send us an offer after Killer gets 1st chance, we owe him that out of respect and gratitude.
