Due to flatmate moving in with her boyfriend, a shiny new replacement is required to share with one other.
Lovely 2 bed flat on second floor of Georgian town house requires equally lovely tenant. Sash windows throughout, west facing therefore lots of evening sun.
Bedroom - East facing with king size bed
Bathroom - Clean and modern with shower over the bath.
Kitchen - Clean and neat with fridge and all mod cons.
Separate laundry room with washing machine and space for drying.
Location
Ideal for hockey!!Paddington Rec is about one mile away.
Just off Westbourne Park Road, nearest tube is Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City). Notting Hill Gate is walking distance (Central & District). Good for Paddington and city.
Local amenities
