Room to let overlooking pitch

This is a message from a friend of a friend...room in a house overlooking the hockey pitches, living with two guys. E mail Neil (address at bottom) if interested.
For those of you who haven't visited, the flat is in leafy Maida Vale, on
Morshead Road, opposite Paddington Rec. It is near Kilburn, the Edgware
Road, Camden and Notting Hill, and has excellent transport links (Maida Vale
tube station on the Bakerloo line, bus routes 98, 16, 414, 31, 6).
The rent is £500pcm with a £700 returnable deposit, which represents good value for
money given the location and the flat itself.
