You are probably trying to post that link as a picture and that is why it does not work. You need to post only the image itself. To get the address of the image, you need to right click and hit "Properties" and copy the image address. In Firefox all you need to do is right click and hit "Copy Image Location". However, for the NRL site, the image location on that page does not auto update.
