I am suprised how this thing fell apart.
Water temp was over 30C and shear wasn't too bad.
The anti-cyclone was over it in the beginning when it first fired up as 94B. It then shifted off the COC.
It had a good Theta-E infeed and surrounding air was marginally stable. Td's along the Indian coast were in the 60F to 70F range.
Mike attributes the lack of development to electrics.
I think it may be in part caused by dry-hot air blowing into the cyclone from the Indian sub-continent.
