This coral sea level rise argument seems valid on initial inspection, but I have not looked very closely at it. I don't understand how they estimated the time (50 years) between the two sea level measurements. We'll see if the results of this research are validated by additional sources. Sea level forecasts should improve as we gather other fossil records.
