Looks like the LLC is effectively pulling high Theta-E air up from the ITCZ. Dry air to its NW is going away. Kolkata is roasting at 37C (99F). I am trying to find a dew-point measurement. http://www.imd.gov.in/section/nhac/wch/wbimd.htm
