The part of the article dealing with the replaced director Proenza seems like a lot of double talk to me. For instance, the whole point of Master's article is to say that Quikscat needs to be updated so that we can rely on it in the future. Well, that was the substance of what Proenza said, yet, ostensibly he was replaced because of related claims about NHC dependence on Quikscat. Yet his major point is being adopted here by Masters! Sounds like a lot of double talk.
