Jim's updated his site Database/Rankings, more great updates every week ! You can link to Masters' site from there. Masters posted an update yesterday with notes on changes the NHC is considering, such as a new storm surge warning product & changing the saffir-simpson scale to reflect wind speed only, expanded lead times... + others. Looks like there will be some good improvements.
