Told to expect wind gusts of 65mph, sustained at 40mph, with some areas in Northern Ontario going from 46 to 10 in a mater of a couple hours. That could bring a dangerous situation if power lines began snapping as the overnight low tomorrow will be -5F. Toronto being in southern ontario, is only expected to go from 50 to 32 with the same winds. Winter does not want to give up yet.
