Yes I was aware, there are 3 major hotels still closed & they are expecting maybe 40,000 students, instead of 60,000 for Texas Week. So it may be a little less crowded, but that's a good thing in my eyes
Compared to Crystal Beach on Bolivar, where the beach house they rented last year no longer exists, it will be paradise
