For those who are writing articles calling this the second killer, super storm to hit... they are way over the top.
Any rain on homeless people who need homes and medicine for typhoid and tetanus is an additional burden.
I'm sure some people here remember that after Hurricane Andrew Miami had several severe rainstorms that slowed the recovery and showed many people that their homes were in worse condition than they even thought... after the rains came.
