I am somewhat surprised with the problems you guys are having getting Ali.
I have no idea why Baco were so slow with the Scottish order but have found them very reasonable in the past and they still are the only original source of the tubing that I know of.
Tim Walker at Sandbach (Arcal1@compuserve.com) is one of the last to purchase and got very good prices and delivery was good. The square tube is readilly available all over the place as it is only HE30 anyway. Inspectors should not require a certificate of conformity, the invoices detailing the specification should be perfectly adequate and frankly the Inspector should know that 17g tube is only available in HT30TF and only Baco make it in this country. If you are having problems I am always available for a chat with the inspectors or yourselves. Another good source of tubing is Colin Lark (ColinLark@compuserve.com)
who makes Discovery gliders. He will get it anodised as well, he gets it from BAco but may be better placed to get it delivered as he has an account with them. He will also split the kit or just supply tubes whatever.
