E is extruded and the S is sheet or angle or box. The T is mandrel drawn tubing.
Most of the wing tube is 17 guage which is nominally .058" thick and is a sleeve tube size. In other words each outer diameter fits inside the next one up relatively easily but without a big gap.
William is in the process of ordering plans from me and is hoping to get some tubing drawn up for supply to others.
