By representation, I assume you mean that there is no party with Lika in the name like "Slavonsko-Baranjska Hrvatska Stranka" or "Dalmatinska Akcija". Why would you equate that with representation? In any parlaimentary democracy, there are scores of minor and regional parties. The only one that has any importance in Croatia is IDS. The rest are inconsequential.
Racan is in SDP and Mesic is HNS. While the two parties are in a coalition, they're not the same party.
Why do you think HDZ or the current coalition winning is disgusting? Which of Croatia's most pressing needs are these two ignoring or which parts of their positions do you most strongly disagree with?
