General Ante is a hero for rejecting an obviously unjust and politically motivated indictment. Croatia suffered during the Homeland War as the international community sat back comfortably from afar. That very same international community has the audacity to hold Croatia to economical ransom, by framing an innocent man. The international community's conduct when Croatia needed assistance was unjust; its indictment against the general is unjust; and its current demands on Croatia are unjust.
I say this: that man defended Croatia then and that same man is defending Croatia now.
Croatian people do not have the wool pulled over your eyes by those whose interests are purely commercial.
