Well hero or traitor is that the real question here...?he did risk his life on the battlefield for Croatia (so were not looking back as a criteria o.k)? One thing most people know is that he is no war crimminal so does he go to the Hague and prove it once and for all? (in any case most lay people would assume his guilty of something becuase he is in the Hague especially after a prelonged legal battle), can he exspect a fair trail? Or will he become another scape goat for those (English, French, Russians and others) who supported the Serbs from day one and are now conviently trying to distance themselves from their policies and wash thier hands of the mess they let happen?
In the end he will do what best suites him but you pose an interesting question since you don't bring into question the forces behind the Hague itself . I would like to hear other peoples opinions based on your critertia.
