Love the close up shots of the snow and frost on everyone. I think the local college is having photo submissions for next years calendars. $5 per submission. Ive got a few pics set aside but I really love that bottom one. Would make a really cool Winter pic. The photos that arent being used are all staying at the college here in town. - 2 bedroom, 2 bath

67.142.130.16but the walk out basement is unfinished (3 rooms) and has another unfinished bathroom. 40 acres I think, fenced backyard to keep the dogs in, big deck, fire pit down below, 3 stall barn + loafing shed, tack room and a couple of other storage sheds for hay. Two big corrals and crossfenced pasture. On the corner next to the snow plow service. Not sure if it is a 2 truck garage + some shop space and another little dog run on the side of the house.
We've been opening it up for realtors to come check things out, no serious parties yet though
I mean I like these neighbors but I know it has been rough for them here (divorce & unemployment)

69.144.143.11So there is a possibility of a much larger home - like what my parents had. They had 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1.5 bath, then the basement had its own livingroom, dining area, and bedroom and the washer/dryer. Of course that was a $500,000 home too in CT lol.
How much are they asking for this place? Not going to move from this one for the next .... hmmm... 5 - 8 years. We were told with an extra payment each year, that drops us down 8 years off the end of the loan but we'll see. But I am trying to get my parents to move to CO. - I found the ad...

67.142.130.29living room is pretty empty right now, I wish the couch was still here, I miss having a couch. Finn is the big black stallion, and Emmit the grey live south of here about 4-5 hours now. I think Finn was an OT Standardbred and Emitt was an OTTB - Well it is a nice place

69.144.143.11and I think its probably worth the price. We paid about 1/3rd that price for a 5 bedroom 2 bath on a little over 1 acre. Love those mountains!
