I don't have any reins on it because I want him to carry it comfortably and not have any anxiety about it. He doesn't jump that pole, just steps over it. Packing around the big saddle, the back cinch was more snug but that upset him so I loosened it up a hole Asking him to move left and right and side up to the fence still a little anxious about this but getting better So why aren't we riding around? He still has a few braces, he is very black and white when they come up like below when I lifted up the stirrup. I wanted him to move out, but not take off in an evasive, worried manner. Just after lifting the stirrup on the right... He has more of a brace about things on the left side, here he has lost his diagonal as I'm lifting the left stirrup re-directing his little bolt into something constructive without pulling on him Yesterday's in between thunderstorms project was stacking wood into an experimental snow fence.
