Trying once again to get some training into him. The weather is perfect for riding, so I put everything else on the back burner today.
First, a warm up in the arena. We have been working on cantering.
Across the railroad tie bridge. Mostly burned oak trees behind us.
Across the creek - a few things survived the fire and are still green. Marijanne should remember this spot from a few years back 
Up through some manzanita. 
And a stop along the trail heading for home. It was a good day to be on a horse
