instead of each state running itself - the "big gubmint" running all states? Gauge them all to be the same, not one better or worse than the other. Ive been in states where they allow one thing, and the neighboring states didnt. Take the lottery for instance. Some states allow it - some dont. Colorado Springs is about to make another huge cut in its police force and its fire department all because people didnt want the 1 cent hike or the other tax hike (I think its for home owners or land owners or something). I'll pay that extra 1 cent to ensure I have a patrolman at my door when I need it. Its no wonder Colorado Springs is going to crap. "Oh dont call us if you have a fender bender. Just report it to the insurance company." and the insurance company asks "Did you file a report with the police department?" "Uh no they told us not to" "Sorry we cant do anything with your claim" Bunch of crock really.
