Which fence are you talking about? The one in front is just railroad ties with a top board and bull wire (V-wire). The fence in back of the place looks like oil field pipe and cable. We didn't put that in. Some of the fencing, the railroad ties, on the side road, look like they are falling down. The barn has seven stalls and a tack room. Each stall has steel sliding doors. All the walls are made of concrete brick and it has passive solar heating. The barn, with horses in it, never got below about 45 degrees in the coldest part of the year. It is quite a place but a lot of maintenance.
