Its criminal what the state legislators have done to this Stae.. but stupid voters will keep on voting these morons back into office how many voters research to see who voted for ridiculous spending ..oh wait the Union owns the California legislation what am I talking about people voting what am I thinking silly me..I know its easy to blame the Gov but I think he did try at first and then just gave up and joined the kool aid drinkers
