they put up some buildings.. and fences & paddocks behind the barn (last shot)
.. where the goats are, we had 5 horses in that shed row. I was always afraid those stupid electrical wires would break in a wind storm and electrocute the horses. (they did break once, but a safety cord kept them from falling into the paddocks).
In that first shot with the wooden structure - Ron built that for Playmate and Ranger (when he was born). That was their 'outside' daytime paddock.

Most of my photos of that place are on my other computer (MAC).. and/or on Mac formatted discs.. so I haven't seen them for years. .. can't get to them to show comparisons. I only have a few online.
I liked the house.. and the neighbors across the street.. but it wasn't *home* for us. I'm glad we're here, closer to family and the TREES in the foothills. 
Thanks for taking and posting those photos Britt! It's wierd to think we once called that place home. .. it seems so long ago and far away.. LOL
Oh.. btw.. our dogs' brother (Jake) lives across High St... and their mother, Diamond, too (if she's still alive). (the place with the quanset hut).. so if you see any border collies in Pat & Arnold's yard, they're "family" to our dogs. LOL
