I love that breed we have a Male 120lbs and scares everyone that sees him and he is not mean at all. Just looks mean. He is only a year but I did note that they are not warm fuzzy puppys they seem to check you out then once they decide you are their people they get very cuddly but it took ours awhile .. Just back from Hawaii and we were greeted by our shepherd who very vocally told us welcome home lol..
