So there is a possibility of a much larger home - like what my parents had. They had 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1.5 bath, then the basement had its own livingroom, dining area, and bedroom and the washer/dryer. Of course that was a $500,000 home too in CT lol.
How much are they asking for this place? Not going to move from this one for the next .... hmmm... 5 - 8 years. We were told with an extra payment each year, that drops us down 8 years off the end of the loan but we'll see. But I am trying to get my parents to move to CO.
