but the walk out basement is unfinished (3 rooms) and has another unfinished bathroom. 40 acres I think, fenced backyard to keep the dogs in, big deck, fire pit down below, 3 stall barn + loafing shed, tack room and a couple of other storage sheds for hay. Two big corrals and crossfenced pasture. On the corner next to the snow plow service. Not sure if it is a 2 truck garage + some shop space and another little dog run on the side of the house.
We've been opening it up for realtors to come check things out, no serious parties yet though 
I mean I like these neighbors but I know it has been rough for them here (divorce & unemployment)
