Let's do it!! The weight loss challenge, I mean! We can invite others as well. I'd like to keep it to 10 or under though.
Here's what I'm thinking:
1) 18 months long
2) At least submit to a monthly blog which I will start today including (this is a big one for me!!) pictures! Our first post will include a goal weight, strategy, pics (big for me!), and why. Follow up posts will include updated pictures and status reports. You can post in between if you'd like.
3) The goal here is to meet your goal weight and STAY there.
So, anything else you want to add? This sounds like so much fun!!!
