I don't know why it would be illegal?

Students are allowed to bring recorders to tape lessons. They don't but they could if they wanted to. If it is illegal, either the video or recording, it is news to me. I know I wouldn't want them video taping me... I always end up looking like this short, fat old lady in the videos... I don't know why, but the camera adds at least 50 pounds to me. lol
