Thanks Koichi and Gerry for giving us all the chance to read Malcolm Domes review.
Wow what a stinker !
Ok so the guy didnt like the new album, but why be so negative and patronizing ?
As a reviewer it seems like his talent is in his ass, When oh when will guys like this get a life and at least TRY to be unique with their ramblings. To read reviews of bands its like hearing a flock of sheep bleating, and to be honest when did we last hear a fresh one that doesnt hark back to Metallica covering Holocausts work.
I challenge all reviewers that if you are gonna
write about the talent of some band, that you first gain some talent of your own and write a review thats new, fresh, and interesting, get of the old band wagon and be original yourselves, if you cant do that then give up and leave creditable reviewing to those that can and know what the hell they are talking about.
Its poor quality rubbish like Malcomes that damage a bands reputation, which in the long term Im sure must put off larger record labels taking them on, and therfore stop fans like myself and a great many others from seeing our beloved Holocaust getting on the road and touring and denying us the chance to see them play live, which in the long run is what loyal fans really want apart from being able to buy their albums in music shops such as HMV, VIRGIN, etc. Why do we always have to scrabble about to get them.
So come on folks its up to us the public to stand up and be counted in this fight for our right to get our hands on this fantastic bands music and see them live.
I have followed them for over 20 years now and am sick of small labels etc making us wait and then not promoting properly.
COME ON BIG LABELS, TAKE ON OUR HOLOCAUST...NOW !!
