It seems to me that both you guys are way out of touch with how things in the music buisness work.
Bands can record albums till they are blue in the face, but they cant release the albums until their record label decides the time is right.
If either of you read these sites properly you will know exactly why their album is so late, and not their faults either.
As a fan of Holocaust for many years , they did make it big once, and never have they had a bad press. Obviously they have lives and familys of their own to see to first. But I guess if you felt like sponsoring them and put your money where your mouth is they may be glad of the chance, who knows ?
